What We Offer
Kirloskar KP4 domestic submersible pumps

CRI's DL, SL, and SLC series are robust submersible pumps designed for sewage, drainage, and wastewater handling in residential, commercial, municipal, and industrial environments. The DL series handles dirty water with solids, SL is ideal for regular sewage, and SLC adds a cutter for fibrous solids.

Pump Features

  • IP68-rated motors (wet-type in DL, dry-type in SL/SLC)
  • Impellers: Enclosed, semi-open, vortex (DL/SL); cutter-type (SLC)
  • Mechanical double-face seals for leak-proof operation
  • Heavy-duty bearings, copper-wound motors, thermal protection
  • Materials: Cast iron or stainless steel options
  • Solid-handling capacity up to ~40 mm (SLC with cutter chops solids)

The CRI DL, SL, and SLC series submersible wastewater pumps are designed for a wide range of applications in both domestic and industrial settings. The DL series is ideal for dewatering, drainage, and handling wastewater with solid particles in construction sites, basements, livestock farms, and industrial pits. The SL series is commonly used for residential and commercial sewage systems, including in apartments, hotels, hospitals, and municipal sewage lines, where moderate solids are present. The SLC series, equipped with a cutter mechanism, is specifically suited for challenging sewage applications involving fibrous and clog-prone materials like textiles, sanitary waste, and plastics, making it perfect for septic tanks, manholes, wastewater treatment plants, and areas with frequent clogging issues. These pumps are also used in industries such as food processing, leather tanning, mining, and tunnel dewatering, where reliable solid-handling is essential.

Technical Specifications

The CRI DL, SL, and SLC series submersible wastewater pumps come with a power range between 0.37 kW and 2.2 kW, operating at speeds of around 2900 to 3450 rpm. These pumps deliver a maximum flow rate of up to 43 m³/h and can handle head heights up to 23 meters, depending on the model. They are designed to manage solid particles up to 40 mm in diameter, with the SLC series incorporating a cutter mechanism to shred fibrous materials. The pumps feature outlet sizes ranging from 25 mm to 80 mm, support a maximum immersion depth of 5 meters, and operate under a maximum pressure of approximately 2.3 bar. All models come with IP68-rated motors and are built for both single-phase and three-phase power supplies.
